3. Pickup Policy

  • All orders are pickup-only at our designated location
  • You must pick up your order during our business hours
  • Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up
  • If you cannot pick up your order, you may authorize someone else by providing their name in advance
  • Unclaimed orders will be held for 24 hours, after which they will be considered abandoned with no refund
