No Refunds Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any items once they have been sold.
Perishable Products: All of our baked goods are made fresh and are considered perishable food items. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any food products once they have been picked up.
Damages and Quality Issues: Please inspect your order at the time of pickup. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately before leaving our location so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you discover an issue after leaving, please contact us within 2 hours of pickup at info@thebrowniesquare.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A description of the issue
Non-Returnable Items: All items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Baked goods and perishable food items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Exceptions: We reserve the right to offer replacements or store credit at our sole discretion in cases of verified quality issues or errors on our part. Any such resolution will be determined after we review your claim and supporting documentation.
